missing libstdc++.so.6 dependency #12

couple of images used in bed_maker manifest are missing dependency and produce errors:

error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

bigBedToBed, bigWigToBedGraph are not working
