Dear Philip, Thank you for contacting Datavyu Support. Can you please tell me your full name, the name of your PI (or if you are the PI in your lab), and your institution? We’re keeping track of the kinds of questions people have and a list of the people who request Datavyu tech support.
My apologies if you have recently contacted us. Please reply with your full name and if this is related to your last question and we will address your new Datavyu question.
Many thanks, Tiger Datavyu Support Team
To whom it may concern,
My name is Philip Trepiak. I am a student at the University of Ottawa working with the Child and Adult Relationships and Environments (CARE) Lab. I have not yet had my problem fixed.

Hi Philip,
We currently recognize that your issue is a bug in our developmental release and have sent it to the development team to fix the issue. Unfortunately, there is no solution to the bug you have encountered for Datavyu 1.5.1 as of now. However, I have tested that audio files work correctly in Datavyu 1.3.7 using the JavaFX Plugin (select this option when you click on "add data"). Please let me know if this helps!
Thanks, Tiger
This solution works, thanks!
Describe the bug I am creating a transcription using datavyu and my data is an audio file (mp3). For some reason, the audio cuts after I pause/stop the video and sometimes it cuts on its own (without a pause/stop). After it cuts, the audio does not return unless I remove the data and re-add it.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior Once pause/stop is used, no audio can be heard.
