ENH: Extend pixels to use Amazon Health Lake Imaging services #14

Amazon is releasing HealthLake Imaging service (AHLI). Pixels can be extended to catalog and perform analytics over AHLI stored DICOM images.

We might want to create a super class to handle PACS, AHLI, S3, Volumes, DBFS,... We need two apis, list() and getObject().
