Update pydicom dependency #36

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current code uses pydicom==2.3.0 and the most recent pydicom available is pydicom==2.4.3

Describe the solution you'd like Update dependencies and run regression tests including live demo.

Describe alternatives you've considered Do nothing, which may leave us behind in capabilities and performance (or security bugs).

Additional context Great issue to take on as a new comer.
