PR is for the additional method of using a yaml to define checks across all workspaces for the following:

Object storage encryption for data sources
Enable single sign-on
SCIM for user provisioning
Table Access Control for clusters that don't use Unity Catalog
Detect network peering of VPC (AWS, GCP) or VNet (Azure)
