Implements writer zombie fencing by using consumer-side zombie fencing (rather than producer-side zombie fencing)
Removes unnecessary control-group-id
- Note: the Coordinator consumer group remains
Fixes documentation about consumer groups

Out of scope for this PR: Coordinator zombie fencing
