update MLOps Stacks repository landing page and the README template for created projects #120

main changes include:

  1. add screen recordings of CICD workflows to the landing page and re-organized the page to provide
  2. merged project_overview.md file to the template project README and revamped the diagrams and descriptions to match BBMLOPs v2 and models in UC
