Allow showing only PR's commented on by a given user #23

I think this would be really useful - I mentally filter them by my photo first when I look through the list. It would be helpful to filter them by reviewer. It would also be helpful for me to do this for other reviewers who aren't me... i.e. to try and see if people are overloaded or under-reviewing.
