Ability to browse dbfs for multiple catalogs/schemas #65

It appears that when configuring the dbx sqltools extension the user must select a catalog and schema. However, this results in only that catalog/schema combination showing up in the SQLTools Connection box.

Users should be able to browse multiple schemas and catalogs

@khgould do yours also say Nothing here when they should have populated with Tables/Views?
