Add Catalog Isolation, Remove Root Metastore, Update 1.35 #41

In this PR, we:

Remove the root metastore location for Unity Catalog
Add a workspace isolated catalog, this means that each workspace will have it's own isolated root storage, adhering to best practices for isolation
Update the provider to 1.35, which moves past the authentication error previously seen with last versions of 1.30+
Cleaned up some variable names e.g. ucname is now metastore_name

This addresses two outstanding issues:
