move documentation to github pages

Documentation stored in README.md becomes too big to manage it manually. A better approach would be to use GitHub Pages as the main storage for documentation.

AC:

• [ ] README.md left only for reference purposes and links to the documentation.
• [ ] Documentation is well-formatted and presented on GitHub Pages.
