Drop `@include` #10

I'm pretty certain it's not necessary.

I'm happy to do a PR for this if you show me how to run the code generator.

it's in https://github.com/databrickslabs/databricks-sdk-r/blob/main/.codegen/service.R.tmpl#L3, but need to figure out a way for you to get the spec. Let's connect through Tom Mock.
