okay, i've noticed tests. great that we have a tiny coverage now - tests have to be run on continuous integration, so add GitHub actions - you can find examples how to configure github actions here: https://github.com/databrickslabs/terraform-provider-databricks/blob/master/.github/workflows/push.yml
