[FEATURE]: Migrate READ_METADATA TACL to UC BROWSE privilege at the table and schema level #2023
With PR #2022, we will not migrate READ_METADATA TACL to UC BROWSE privilege at the table and schema levels.
This issue serves as a reminder that once UC supports the BROWSE privilege for tables and schemas in the future, we can revert the changes made in PR #2022.
