Error Message when Submitting Answer #147

Please see attached screenshot. I have defined $test, but the interface doesn't recognise it. I can't move onto the next session. Please help.

I can confirm, I've logged in as the User and attempted to submit accurate answers yet I keep receiving an "oops something went wrong" error message:
