SCT final exercise first chapter #95

Thanks for the problem report - we want the user to go to the system directory /tmp, rather than to create ~/tmp and use that, so the SCT is testing the correct thing. We could modify the exercise to be mkdir tmp + cd tmp, but that would be a separate exercise.
