@adrian-datacamp I've never had an instructor think that before, so that's largely on them.
@beccarobins, perhaps I didn't explain this correctly. This is what Authoring >> Courses >> Design says now:
Each lesson is comprised of:
- a video lesson with slides, e.g. sample video lesson
- one multiple choice exercise following the video
- 2-4 coding exercises
This is explicitly asking instructors to build one MCE after each video. We don't want instructors to do that.
@adrian-datacamp Ah, I see. Like I've said before, I never direct instructors here, so that's never been an issue.
Background: almost at the end of Ch2 I had to tell an instructor that courses cannot have more than 5 MCE. Apparently this instructor had seen line edited in this PR in Authoring and thought that one MCE was necessary in each lesson. Now instructor is upset/frustrated because has to convert several exercises into coding ones.
