R version #2

I love this package & approach! What's the reason it requires R >= 3.4.1?

No reason other than the fact that I used devtools to generate the description file :smile:. I will update it to 3.1, which seems reasonable and is also used by ggplot2. I need to add Imports and do some cleanup.

Hope you don't mind I took care of this one for you! It now requires 3.1 and passes R CMD CHECK
