When i am reading rds file. Rds file is changing the xlevels of few column in rstudio.

When i am Reading the RDS file . Rds file is changing the xlevels of few column in Rstudio ??

One column in named as Gender for this column Xlevel is giving male instead of female , in the place of female giving /c
