Base ?col page directs ?colnames #433

For some reason,

https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/base/topics/col

incorrectly redirects to

https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/base/versions/3.5.1/topics/row%2Bcolnames

The correct redirect target exists

https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/base/versions/3.5.1/topics/col
