Page navigation missing for Functions side of search results #454

Currently, after performing a search on rdocumentation.org, you get search results for Packages on the left and search results for Functions on the right.

After performing a search, if you navigate to the bottom, you can see the "next page" navigation, but only for the packages. The page navigation for the "Functions" portion is missing.

After clicking the "next page," we can see the url parameters are updated for packages, but not for functions. Recommend making navigation for functions available, so you can search through results there too.

Closing this issue as the client-side of this application is now in the Rdocumentation2.0 repo and this issue has been solved. :)
