Fix html entities encoding [CT-4795] #513

Improves https://github.com/datacamp/rdocumentation-app/pull/477 as it doesn't leave > in the example code snippets

~Also bumps node to a newer version as it was on a pretty old version~

This should fix all of CT-4795 after the cache has been invalidated (after 1 day at most)

There is a build error probably due to the "bcrypt" update.
