Put together a tutorial on how to access the Genomics Data Carpentry AMI that we can point people to if they want to do things after the workshop.

Presently, everything is in the 1.logging_in, which I think is too much detail; the setup & run the image instructions should probably be pulled out as a separate doc or placed in the instructor's notes?
