Add Reconciliation section #261

A Reconciliation Episode would be very valuable since it will display one of the powerful features of OpenRefine. There are a few options available for taxonomy reconciliation and will need some testing to check if the APIs will support many people running queries.

[ ] Identify which API to use to reconcile taxonomy
[ ] Determine if the dataset should be updated to add more issues like typos to the names
[ ] Add step to create column with the ID
