Reordering facet challenge #270

I suggest reordering these questions. If you change the year to a number and then facet it, you can't sort by count anymore. You can see it in the histogram but I think it would be better to do it prior to changing the year to a number.

Alternatively, we could remove the question about about making it and number since that is taught in a later episode.

The change makes sense and should make it easier to flow from question to question. Merging.
