PR for issue 251 #273

Addresses issue #251 .

Note that this branch should not be automatically merged as there are changes in the _config.yml and some _includes files which should not be pulled upstream. Changes in episodes are significant and should most probably be looked at first at: https://softwaresaved.github.io/data-cleaning-openrefine.

Most changes and improvements were imported manually since an automatic merge was not possible. Closing as complete.
