Themes in ggplot2 get repetitive and disjointed #271

In teaching and from student comments, the end of the ggplot2 lesson gets repetitive and looping on the themes. Also too detailed - might be useful to pull back to what is essential, and introduce scale_color as something they will use more.

Thanks for the suggestion. When I've taught it I haven't gone through each one individually, and instead discussed that all these different themes are available, but we could make that more clear. Would you be work on addressing this issue and submit a pull request?
