rewrote and restructured seeking help section
made section more concise
Added additional help option (closes #646 and part of #630)
Added hint on red x (closes #659). Removed some of the negativity in "asking for help on the internet" section
removed a duplicate link to a blog post

Note: Using RStudio's new markdown editor has introduced additional line breaks here and there (line width 80 characters).
