Time for the lesson's subparts #745

Add time needed for teaching the lesson's subparts.

Thank you @Varachkina , I think this issue might be a duplicate of #589 and it might be ok to close it for that reason. Regardless, I agree that the lack of an indication of duration for the individual parts of the lesson is an important issue.
