updating first ggplot lesson #775

Here is a first shot at updating the ggplot2 first lesson. I found the Netlify link so I should be able to see if things are rendering correctly, particularly the challenges. @fmichonneau at some point would it make more sense for me to work directly on the main repo's tidyverse-first branch, or should I stick with working on my fork?

I'm helping the current lesson Maintainers process outstanding pull requests on this repository, in preparation for transition to the new lesson infrastructure. I happen to know that the work @MCMaurer was working on here was subsequently expanded on in a fork. As this PR is very outdated, I am closing without merging.
