Draft - do not merge. Sets up blogs posts to be moved over to The Carpentries blog by doing the following:

• Replace (tags: \[.*[^\]]+) with $1, "Data Carpentry" to add Data Carpentry to all tags
• Replace (---(.|\n)+?---) with $1 \n\n**This post originally appeared on the [Data Carpentry website](https://datacarpentry.org)** to add this line to the top of each blog post.

Edit to add additional things I did:

• Remove blog section on front page
• Make all blog pages redirect to Carpentries blog
• Remove heading from nav bar
