Release new version of image dataset on FigShare #254

Opening this issue to be addressed once #253 is merged.

The sudoku.png image has been converted to a pure RGB image without alpha channel in d61ea5a4f0789fedb97218a291ed0778e5cd5a9f. The Zotero dataset should be updated to include the new version of the image.

I would like to take care of this one before the Workbench transition for this lesson takes place. I think I will have time for it before the end of this week.

This is done. It looks like the URL (https://figshare.com/articles/dataset/Data_Carpentry_Image_Processing_Data_beta_/19260677) is the same for the new version, so no pull request is required. @uschille note that I added you as an author on the dataset.
