Jump from level 1 to level 4 heading in index.ml #13

The following block switches from the surrounding level 1 heading to level 4. While there's nothing verboten about that, it suggests that the heading markup (markdown?) is being used for highlighting text rather than for text that forms a heading. Perhaps this should simply be replaced with bold?

And BTW is the <br> really needed?
