@ErinBecker consistency is a good point to address and your submission is great. Can I make one point from the Biologist point of view? The knowledge gap between nucleotide abbreviations (A, G, C, T) and "the concept of genomic variation within a population" is huge. Maybe omit the nucleotide abbreviation comment and just say something like "This lesson also assumes some familiarity with basic biological concepts, including the concept of genomic variation within a population." This will screen out complete genomics beginners if that's the intent.
