Hoyt new #128

There have many changes to the NCBI website, and this has caused multiple issues including #127 and #121 as well as recent PRs #126 and #120.

This PR

  1. Changes the lesson to use the new NCBI cloud-based interface
  2. Adds images of the new interface
  3. Adds a page for the older NCBI (still extant) webpages as a new page under _extras
  4. Adds images for the older NCBI site also
  5. Interlinks the old and new NCBI website pages in a way that follows the new way in the lesson, but if one wants to use the old website (e.g. if learner is more comfortable with older interfaces) instructions and images are available.
  6. Adds wording that the older and newer SRARunTable.txt are tab-delimited and comma-delimited, respectively.
