Global sources or remote sensing data - Add to Lesson 00 #14

Would like to add some (free) sources of RS data that are not only US specific to Lesson 00. some links were posted on twitter! ~line 367 in the RMD file - add them here.

I can help with this, we have scads on hand and can include full source listings for direct download.

the data sets listed in this raw config show some good examples (I can make getting some of the files easy for the lessons as needed).
