Non-US remote sensing data sources? #20

Will be helpful given the international exposure of the NEON/DC series.

this could be a cool thing to add. the thought here was that these lessons could include links to other data repositories to help people find data. this could be a nice thing to sort out during the bug bbq. someone could add it here in this issue... build a list and then we can add it to the lesson. Or create a google doc and we post to twitter for feedback.
