Move info on spatial data attributes from raster vector lesson #32

This PR moves information introducing the concept of spatial data attributes from the raster vector lesson to the organization lesson. In conjunction with https://github.com/datacarpentry/r-raster-vector-geospatial/pull/179.

I know that there is cleanup that I need to do to this lesson after this PR, so links and images may not work and the order of the content may not be right. The goal is first to move all of the concept introductions from the raster vector lesson to this lesson and then to organize the content and make sure all the links and images work. If that sounds like an ok plan, please go ahead and merge this PR. If you'd prefer to have everything work after the PR is merged, please let me know and I'll add more commits to clean things up now rather than later. @tyson-swetnam @chris-prener

Hey @ErinBecker this looks great. On line 417 there is an awkward comma that you might want to address before we finish this PR.
