improved flow using bold and fixed capitalization

When I was practicing the lesson, I felt it was important to highlight the distinction between attributes & methods. Also, when introducing the dataset, making sure that the instructor & learner emphasize that the dataset primarily contains information regarding the species & weight of animals is helpful. Additionally, one capitalization fix in a subheading.
