relocate solutions for episode 04 #551

This PR moves the solutions for challenges in episode 5, Data Types and Formats, out of the Instructor Notes page and into the episode itself.

What does this mean? If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.
