Cleanup data

This PR Closes #446.

• It moves the data to be downloaded from Figshare to using a GitHub link.
• It slightly cleans up the data: removing leading spaces in respondent_wall_type column and removes duplicated key_IDs.
• It makes necessary changes to the set up episodes and instructor notes to make everyone aware of the changes and the new instructions for downloading the data.

What does this mean?
