This fixes #54 and also updates all other links to software throughout the workshop overview.
Note that I removed most of the instructions for installing OpenRefine, because they are more up-to-date in the lesson's instructions. In case the instructions that OpenRefine provides on the download page are insufficient, learners are referred to the lesson (which I maintain).
