Remove schedule from landing page #57

Fixes #55 by removing the Schedule section from the landing page, and the Episodes dropdown from the top menu.

I see now that the second part - commenting out the episodes collection - was unnecessary because the lesson infrastructure omits the dropdown anyway when there are no episodes to list.
