Update 03-dates-as-data.md #211

Hi there, I just prefer the order of dates As Year, Month and Day. Luckily that the example have used 8th August which is what i prefers rather than August 8.

This change is consistent with other Data Carpentry lessons that recommend a year, month, day format for file naming.
