Reading through the lessons, the lack of explanation for use of "1", when the Excel help file doesn't help, needed a short note.
The simple file image with "day" "month" and "year" is just to sum everything up so learners know this is okay (particularly when moving onto a new topic which will be completely foreign to the vast majority of life scientists).
