updated episodes removing the list of authors there #284

Thanks @cbahlai @apawlik for your incredible work leading the original version of this lesson! With your permission, removing the section at the top listing authors, to provide consistency with other lessons, and moving our author and editor/maintainer credit over to Zenodo through lesson publications.
