Short paragraphs #25

I started by trying to work on #18 and fix the short paragraph issue. I think I did this.

Along the way a lot more happened, particularly in 05-quality-control.

  1. I fixed the formatting issues on the numeric lists
    • The positioning of images was resetting the counter, or the image was squished into the bullet ruining formatting
    • Occasionally I added extra steps breaking larger ones into smaller ones.
    • The example testing out a data validation was taken out of the numeric list and entered as a paragraph - it is not a step in creating the validation
  2. I tried to soften the language in episodes 01 and 05 - they felt a little like learners were being talked down to
  3. I converted extra information to tips to try and synthesize material

Super sorry that the pull request got a little large and out of hand!
