"data/gdp-wide.csv" #26

@korenmiklos Where can I find "data/gdp-wide.csv". They are not in the data folder. Do you want to post the code for generating this .csv in the extra episode? I think it's nice as it shows you can export data also in .csv (or other formats).

Good idea. Will save this code and data in a separate repo, the be fixed in #35
