Modify workflow image #199

I have edited the the example workflow image. It would be better to have the tool names used in this exercise and mention it at every step of the workflow to assist the learners better.

Thanks @biowizz! The new image looks good to me. I'll leave the PR open for a few more days (in case there are other people that would like to review this) and then I'll merge.
