Amend the works query statement if user selects author's facet

Purpose

Fix the author facet in DOI/works search.

closes: https://github.com/datacite/datacite/issues/1499

Approach

Appends any filterQuery URL parameters to the general query sent through the GQL query.

Note: This could be addressed later by amending the GQL endpoint in lupo to allow an author parameter.
